Terms of Use
The rules for using RiderRev. In short: RiderRev helps you prepare a rider, but you're responsible for what it says.
By using RiderRev, you agree to these Terms of Use. Apple’s standard licence agreement also applies.
Use of the app
RiderRev is provided to help you make stage plots, input lists and technical riders, and to keep track of revisions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add, and for checking a rider before you send it.
Change lists
RiderRev compares revisions and lists what changed between them. Check that list before sending a rider. RiderRev does not guarantee that a venue, crew or supplier will read, accept or act on a rider or its changes.
Your data
Your shows are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups. If you delete the app, reset or lose your device without a backup, your shows may be lost.
Purchases and subscriptions
RiderRev Pro is available as a yearly subscription or a one-time purchase through Apple’s in-app purchase system. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your Apple ID settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds and payment issues are handled by Apple under the App Store’s policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Changes to the app
We may update, modify, add or remove features of RiderRev over time. We may also update these Terms of Use when needed.
Limitation of liability
RiderRev is provided as a planning tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for lost data, rider errors, missed changes, equipment or production problems at a show, purchase disputes, or indirect damages resulting from use of the app.
